The two MultiFlame flame detector variants; UV2IR:DM-TV6-XV and 3IR:DM-TV6-XT, has now received a certificate of conformity to IEC/EN 61508 parts 1 to 3, functional safety standards. The detectors meets requirements for utilisation in a system designed to a safety integrity level 2 (SIL2) for both high and low demand modes in a 1oo1 configuration.
