Further to the information of April 16th 2007, where Simtronics ASA announced the acquisition of Water Mist Engineering AS for a maximum price of NOK 25 million, we confirm that the transaction was closed on Monday May 14th 2007 and that Simtronics ASA has acquired 100% of the shares in Water Mist Engineering AS.
