Simtronics ASA confirms the remaining order from Aker Floating Production ASA for a complete active fire fighting solution to the Aker Smart 1-FPSO conversion project. The letter of intent to this effect was announced on 25 April 2007 and the first part of the order was announced 7 july 2007.The additional order received is in excess of MNOK 3,5.

The work will be executed by Simtronics ASA subsidiary - Water Mist Engineering AS.

The total confirmed order for the Aker Smart 1 FPSO conversion project is in excess of MNOK 16,9 and twice the amount announced in the release 25 April 2007. The main part of the project will be delivered during the fourth quarter this year. FPSO represents an attractive market for Simtronics and the Company has received a number of orders over recent months.
