Tinde AS, a company controlled by Mr Kjetil Sivertsen - Managing Director of Water Mist Engineering AS, a daughter company of Simtronics ASA, has today, 07 Oktober 2008, bought 140.000 shares in Simtronics ASA at an average price pr share of NOK 2,1786.
