Share options to primary insiders
Following authorities given to the board of Simtronics ASA in the annual general meeting of March 29, 2007 , the board has assigned stock options to leading employees.
[16.05.2008]Stock options was also assigned to external board members, as finally approved in the annual general meeting of May 14, 2008. The entitled stock options are to be vested in three equal tranches on specified dates within a 36 month period. Part (40%) of any profit from these stock options must be re-invested in company stock.
The options give right to by shares at a price equal to the closing-price on the date for the board resolution, February 6, 2008 - NOK 4,52 per share.
Options has been assigned to primary insiders as follows:
Chairman of the Board - John Afseth; 100.000
Board member - Tore Amundsen ; 100.000
Board member - Valborg Lundegaard; 100.000
CEO - Rune Martini ; 250.000
CFO - Frode Arnesen; 600.000
Sales Manager & General Manager Dubai office - Svein Roar Sivertsen; 250.000
After these stock options have been assigned,
- John Afseth holds a total of 100.000 stock options and 1.542.271 shares
- Tore Amundesen holds a total of 100.000 stock options and 30.000 shares
- Valborg Lundegaard holds a total of 100.000 stock options
- Rune Martini holds a total of 1.250.000 stock options and 200.000 shares
- Frode Arnesen holds a total of 600.000 stock options
- Svein Roar Sivertsen holds a total of 250.000 stock options
