Simtronics appoints new CFO
Simtronics ASA, the fire and gas safety company, has appointed Frode Arnesen (age 43) as the Company's new CFO.
[03.03.2008]Frode Arnesen is currently Director of Business Administration with Siemens AS, division Automation&Drives. He has held various managerial positions with Siemens and Fujitsu Siemens Computers for 12 years and has also a background as an army officer. Mr Arnesen holds a degree in business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and is also a graduate from the Norwegian Army War College.
"Frode Arnesen has a strong track record in the areas of financial control and industrial processes. His experience will be extremely valuable to Simtronics, which faces a period of integration and synergy development after a number of successful acquisitions," said Simtronics CEO Rune Martini.
Frode Arnesen is expected to take up his new duties in May. Simtronics' current CFO, Pål Selboe-Valseth, will leave the Company at the end of March.
